This is an excellent opportunity to join a secure, growing company where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while handling vehicle collections and deliveries.

The Role: Vehicle Collection and Delivery Driver

As a Customer Service Driver, you will be responsible for:

• Collecting damaged vehicles from customers' homes or workplaces and delivering them to the repair centre.
• The role involves checking cars in / out with Customers, taking videos and images, completing paperwork and general vehicle movements on site when required.
• Returning repaired vehicles to customers once work is completed.
• Providing a professional, friendly, and reassuring service to every customer, ensuring their experience is positive from start to finish.
• You must have similar experience as you will need to ensure accuracy when taking images of the vehicles and recording damage prior to collecting the vehicle.
• You will be required to take images of the vehicle upon receipt, and get it signed off with the customer
• Conducting basic vehicle checks prior to collection and delivery.
• Completing all required paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
• Representing the company in a professional manner at all times..

Vehicle collection & Recovery Driver Experience Required:

• Clean Licence required
• Customer-facing experience
• Ideally worked for a repair centre in a similar role
• Excellent customer service
